Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Self check-in/out with personal door code; no keys required.
• ID required before check-in through approved third-party partner.
• Damage Waiver purchase ($59) or security deposit credit card authorization hold ($1000) required before check-in through our approved third-party partner. As an alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required for check-in.
• Upon booking, you will receive communications regarding your trip.

Property Access

• Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard.

Policies and Rules

• Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
• If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.
• Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host. Additional fees apply.
• No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
• No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
• Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
• No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.

• Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $300 per pet per stay. Please notify the host at time of booking.

Safety and Emergency Information

• This property has a Ring doorbell camera at the front of the property and two additional exterior Ring cameras monitoring the backyard and driveway. All cameras are visible, record video/audio, and will be on during every reservation.
